print-on-demand business. Every item is made to order, which means we do not
accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selected, change of
mind, or buyer's remorse.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your
order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to
your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow time for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.

Starcross Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@starcrossstudios.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate.

Starcross Studios is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
